Personal info we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including info about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect info about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and info about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collectedinformation as “Device Info.”

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain info from you, including your name, billing address, delivery address, payment info (including credit card numbers and PayPal details) email address, and phone number. We refer to this info as “Order Info.” Please note payment data is not kept on record.
If you subscribe to our mailing list firstname.lastname@example.org you will be providing your email address, which we will store and utilise for communications. You can decide to opt out of this at any time, in which case, your email address will be deleted from our records.
How do we use your personal info?
We use the order info that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment info, arranging for delivery, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Info to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with info or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Info that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Sharing your personal info

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal info we hold about you and to ask that your personal info be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact info below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your info in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your info will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Info for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this info. Please note payment data is not kept on record.
ARHTO’s aspires for this website to always be up and running, however ARHTO cannot guarantee this. ARHTO cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available/ in stock at the time you place your order. In the event the product you order is no longer available you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
Due to the colour settings of your computer, the colours of the products shown in the pictures in the ARHTO can differ from their actual colours. ARHTO cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
ARHTO reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.
ARHTO accepts payment by VISA / MasterCard / American Express / Euro Card. The full payment is charged when the package is dispatched. Credit card payment is made with our partner Shopify. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. We also accept PayPal and Apple pay.
Shipping charges will be added to your order. Please view the ARHTO shipping rates for information on your specific shipping charge.
ARHTO cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR, SEK or GBP into any other currency.
