This Privacy Policy describes how your personal info is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.arhto.com (the “Site”).

If you subscribe to our mailing list intheloop@arhto.com you will be providing your email address, which we will store and utilise for communications. You can decide to opt out of this at any time, in which case, your email address will be deleted from our records.

When we talk about “Personal Info” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Info and Order Info. 

How do we use your personal info?

We use the order info that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment info, arranging for delivery, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Info to:

• When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with info or advertising relating to our products or services.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Info for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this info. Please note payment data is not kept on record.

ARHTO’s aspires for this website to always be up and running, however ARHTO cannot guarantee this. ARHTO cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available/ in stock at the time you place your order. In the event the product you order is no longer available you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
Due to the colour settings of your computer, the colours of the products shown in the pictures in the ARHTO can differ from their actual colours. ARHTO cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

Price changes

ARHTO reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.


Payment

ARHTO accepts payment by VISA / MasterCard / American Express / Euro Card. The full payment is charged when the package is dispatched. Credit card payment is made with our partner Shopify. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. We also accept PayPal and Apple pay.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges will be added to your order. Please view the ARHTO shipping rates for information on your specific shipping charge.


Currencies

ARHTO cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR, SEK or GBP into any other currency.
